Die Skoolhuis B&B is a fully equipped cottage with 6-8 beds situated on a citrus farm. The cottage is situated within a private and peaceful setting on a working farm with a small mountain stream running past. It is fully equipped with linen, towels and electrical appliances. It can sleep 6-8 persons in three bedrooms as detailed below.
Bedrooms:
- The school room – 1 double bed and two single beds. The room is spacious with seating space and ceiling fans;
- Bedroom 2 – 1 double bed and a ceiling fan;
- Bedroom 3 – 1 single bed.
Another single bed is in the entrance hall. All bedrooms are equipped with oil heaters. The cottage has one bathroom with basin, bath and flush toilet. There is also a dining area.
The kitchen is typical farm cottage style with a four burner gas stove with oven, a well restored antique wood burning stove, an antique Cape Dutch baking oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, fridge/freezer combination. There is a private braai (barbeque) area next to the kitchen.
Enjoy the majestic scenery, 4×4 trails, scenic walks and hikes in the Baviaanskloof and Kouga mountains.
