Daniel operates a butchery, take-away and restaurant from this centre. He is presently upgrading the eating area to meet higher standards. Products on sale include African foods, English breakfasts, buy and braai (barbeque), and cold drinks. Daniel started off the business by renting the property and equipment. He later purchased the equipment which he now owns. Although sales have declined quite a lot, he is hopeful that they will pick up in the future. The plan is to sell breakfast from 06:00 to 10:00, and thereafter to serve lunch.
At the end of 2004 he the centre provided catering for the Mpumalanga Department of Health and Social Services, serving 600 people in total, which was a great success.
