Estcourt Butchery was established in 1890. In 2007 it was bought by Hennie and Elize Nel. Elize is a qualified butcher with seven years’ experience. Their famous biltong and pork sausage recipes have not changed at all – but remain a family secret. Whoever tastes them is hooked for life!
