Travellers can enjoy game drives within Khaudom National Park, which is hailed as one of the most pristine nature conservation areas in Namibia. Look out for lion, cheetah, hyena and other large mammals. The elusive African wild dog has notable packs within the Tsumkwe area so visitors should keep their eyes peeled. The reserve is not fenced and game can follow its natural migration routes between Namibia and Botswana and through the Caprivi.
Campsites are available.
