Old Beacon Hill is positioned in the Lowlands – set in the tranquil, picturesque KwaZulu-Natal countryside. Whether it is arts and crafts or food and wine you’re after, this is the place to visit.
This establishment was once an old railway station – now converted into beautiful self-catering cottages set in stunning surrounds it forms the ideal base to explore KwaZulu-Natal. The cottages are tastefully decorated and contain everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one.
Each property has their own large private garden with braai (barbeque) facilities and there are ample grounds to explore. Guests can hike next to a stream, view plenty of wildlife, enjoy a picnic at the pond or simply relax in the gazebo (torch-lit in the evenings). These are all set against a back drop of hills and glorious sunsets.
