Pfananani Weaving Project

Pfananani Weaving Project is located at Tsianda Village, in the former Venda region. This project was started by a group of 40 women. They make tapestry (weaving), knit jerseys and arm bangles to generate income for their families. The products are unique because of the design styles that depict the life of Venda people and the hope is to preserve such culture for future generations.
