Chalets:
Sleeping from 1-8 people, these cabins are equipped with colour televisions (six channels), private braai (barbeque) areas and self-catering facilities. In addition, all rooms have ceiling fans and heaters. For those preferring a B&B option, a full buffet-style English breakfast is available, as well as a Continental option for the health conscious. The Island Seafood Grill, our on-site restaurant, is open till late for sundowners or quiet dinners.

Four sleeper chalet:
These units are open plan or semi-detached log cabin chalets (with one bedroom) sleeping four people. There is a full kitchen, lounge area and bathroom. There are two single beds with a sleeper couch that pulls out into an additional two single beds. All bedding and towels are provided, as well the necessary crockery and cutlery. Each unit has a private braai (barbeque) area for your convenience.
Six sleeper chalet:
This unit is either a two or three bedroom log cabin chalet (depending on what is available) sleeping six people with a full kitchen, private deck and two en-suite bathrooms. In the main room there are two single beds with a full kitchen and a bathroom. The second room has two single beds and the third room has a set of bunk beds and another bathroom. All bedding and towels are provided, as well the necessary crockery and cutlery. Each unit has a private braai (barbeque) area for your convenience.
Eight sleeper chalet:
This unit is a two roomed log cabin chalet sleeping eight people with a full kitchen, lounge area and two bathrooms. The first room has two single beds with a sleeper couch that pulls out into an additional two single beds. The chalet has a full kitchen and a bathroom. In the second room there are two single beds with a sleeper couch that pulls out into an additional two single beds with another bathroom. All bedding and towels are provided, as well the necessary crockery and cutlery. Each unit has a private braai (barbeque) area for your convenience.
Caravan and camping:
Our 4-star, well grassed caravan sites are carefully situated around our tranquil surroundings and all have electrical points. The well-maintained ablutions and scullery areas as well as the fully-equipped laundry will ensure that your stay with us is a pleasant one.
For those last minute necessities the ‘Go No Further‘ tuck shop is open until 20:00 and stocks a range of cooldrinks, sweets, alcohol and other general items.
For the more active, we have a range of activities on-site and close-by including golf, bird-watching, fishing and many more. Due to it’s unique location adjacent to the beach and bordering the magnificent Cape Recife Nature Reserve, the park is a favourite amongst many of our caravanners.
Site Cabins:
Our unique concept for the caravanning and camping enthusiast, the Site Cabin combines the outdoor enjoyment of camping with the creature comforts of a chalet at an affordable price.
Each site cabin is situated on a caravan site and has all the amenities of our chalets (colour television with six channels), private braai (barbeque)area, bar fridge, two single beds, sleeper couch, lounge area, shower, toilet and basin. There is however an outdoor, undercover scullery and a private braai (barbeque) area available, as well as our unique self-catering basket for those wishing to cater for themselves.
The Site Cabin is also perfect for the traveller looking for comfortable accommodation at an affordable rate.
Sunset Bay Luxury Chalets:
Perched atop the dunes of the beautiful dunes of the Cape Recife Nature Reserve, overlooking the ocean, you’ll discover our spectacular luxury chalets. From the opulent furnishings to the fully-equipped kitchen, no expense has been spared to ensure your stay is unforgettable!
Architect designed and furnished by a local interior decorator, these spacious log cabins provide unrivalled comfort and elegance. Savior the spectacular sundowners from your private deck or while soaking in the spa bath and let the gentle sounds of the Indian Ocean gently lull you off to sleep.
Each of the two units comes equipped with:
- Corner spa bath (in the bedroom);
- Queen size bed;

- Full kitchen (microwave, toaster, kettle, oven with hob, fridge/freezer, crockery and cutlery);

Pirates Cove Play Park:
The play park offers a variety of activities which include:
- Putt-putt;
- A trampoline;
- Giant chess board; and
- A jungle gym.
The use of the play park is freely available to guests.
Conferences and events:
Pine Lodge Resort offers conference facilities for up to 500 delegates. They also cater for weddings, special events such as bachelorette parties and teambuilding.
There is a swimming pool, bakery and restaurant on the premises.
