The Okakarara Community, Culture and Tourism Centre educates visitors about the Herero culture. It was inaugurated at the 100 years commemoration of the Battle of Ohamakari, a part of the early libertion struggle of Namibia’s indigenous poeple.
Facilities at the site include a campsite, an auditorium, a kiosk and offices.
