Bergvlei:
Bergvlei is home to a bed and breakfast and self-catering cottage (six-sleeper). The cottage consists of a spacious double room (en-suite) with a bath and four single beds in the loft. There is also a second bathroom downstairs with a shower. There is an open-plan sitting/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and outside braai (barbeque) deck. A few metres away guests can swim in the rock pool – ideal for lazy summer days. This is the ideal getaway for families or a couple looking for peace and tranquillity.
Bahati:
Bahati is a luxury self-catering tree house. It is built 2.5m off the ground in a copse of trees, some of which actually grow through the house. The view from the open-plan lounge/kitchen across the Bell Park Dam is magnificent. A deck is cantilevered from the lounge area and has a gas braai (barbeque) for those beautiful, warm evenings under the stars. Visitors will also find a rock pool only a few steps away from the cabin.
The wooden cabin is luxuriously fitted with a double en-suite bedroom (jacuzzi, shower, basin and toilet). There is a sleeper couch in the lounge which can accommodate another adult, or two children. A music centre is provided, but no television.
Uphall:
Uphall self-catering cottage, named after a quaint Scottish village, is set in a huge garden facing the Cathkin range. The main cottage has one en-suite bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a lounge/dining room with a fireplace. The smaller cottage has a double bed and two children’s beds with a bathroom, making this a true holiday home.
Gibbs Cottage:
Gibbs Cottage is set on a hill overlooking Bell Park Dam. This well-appointed cottage has a fireplace for long winter nights and a large deck for star-gazing or sunbathing.
The cottage comfortably sleeps six people. There is a double room downstairs with a basin and toilet and a room upstairs with a double bed and two singles. A bathroom with a shower serves both rooms. With a fully equipped kitchen and large living area, this cottage has everything you need.
