The Guesthouse – Luxury Accommodation:

The modern style Guesthouse features seven beautifully appointed spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and large covered verandas. Furniture was carefully selected both locally and internationally for its simplistic clean lines.

The Villas – Self-Catering:

Our five self-catering villas consist of one bedroom, bathroom, a lounge with sleeper couch, air-conditioning, satellite television, sliding doors to the patio and a fully fitted kitchenette. Each villa has its own private patio with braai (barbeque) facility, magnificent views and access to the dedicated swimming pool.

Although each villa can take up to four guests, they are ideal for two parents and two kids, but not four individual adults, as there is only one bedroom and a sleeper couch in the lounge.

Conferencing:

Clouds Estate offers a fantastic conference facility nestled between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek in the Cape Winelands. The venue has the ability to change from two smaller meeting rooms to one large conference venue. This makes it suitable for corporate functions, workshops, launches, year-end functions and seminars.

Weddings:

Clouds offers a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony alongside our infinity pool with a breath-taking mountain backdrop.

The function venue with its large sliding doors opening onto a wooden patio, is the perfect location for your reception. The floor to ceiling glass doors frame the awe inspiring views of the mountains and vineyards. The function venue can host up to 100 guests.

For your pre-reception drinks choose the guest house bar which offers the best vantage point of the uninterrupted mountain and Franschhoek valley views.
