This beautifully restored farm cottage is located in the shady garden of the homestead. The cottage, dating back to the late 1800’s, is fully equipped for self-catering and tastefully furnished and decorated with numerous historic items which will without doubt be of interest to visitors.

The geographic location of the Cottage makes it suitable for rustic accommodation for the visiting businessman or for the family that want to experience a Karoo Farm Stay and day to day life on a working Karoo farm.

Accomodation:

There are two units available:

• Unit 1 is a six sleeper unit with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. This cottage also has a lounge with a sleeper couch that can sleep another two persons if required;
• Unit 2 is a two sleeper unit with two single beds or a double bed on request. It has its own fully equipped kitchen and lounge area.

Both units have their own bathrooms.

Camping:

There is also a bush camp on Finchley Farm. The campsites are grassed with shade and is suitable for overnight camping and/or weekend camping. Each site has a braai (barbeque) area. There is a flush toilet and a hot shower. (Rocket Shower System). Electricity is available on request.
