Omutati Hunting and Guest Farm

Omutati Hunting and Guest Farm borders the Etosha National Park, the most popular destination in Namibia, covers more than 17 000 acres and consists of two farms (Streben and Lynplaas). The name Omutati comes from the language of the indigenous Herero and is Mopane tree.

Omutati Hunting and Guest Farm offers exclusively free running game. The great biodiversity entails, Giraffes, Mountain and Plains Zebra, Black Rhino, Eland, Gemsbok, Red Hartebeest, Kudu, Black Faced Impala, Springbok, Steenbok, Duiker, Damara Dik-Dik, Warthogs and Baboons are here in a natural habitat at home.

Lions, Leopards and Cheetahs are sighted occasionally on the farm, but we cannot guarantee such an experience.

We have five comfortable bedrooms, a common area with a bar and an inviting braai (barbeque). The view from the elevated approximately 8mx16m swimming pool is enough to be drawn into the orbit of Namibia. The platform offers a unique view of the close lying waterhole.

While hunters satisfy their thirst for adventure on an eventful stalk or observing from a hide, their accompanying family members or friends can join the hunt or take part in other activities. Whether in an exciting game drive, a hike, or simply relaxing on a sun lounger at the refreshing swimming pool, relaxation, and idyll is pure nature with us guaranteed. Your stay with us gets more unique.

In addition to our guest services we will gladly customize safari tours through Namibia, which are designed according to your wishes and needs.
