The fourty fully carpeted double rooms, each with its own bathroom, are simply furnished, but cosy. At any time you will be a few metres from a broad beach or sparkling, palmed-fringed fresh-water swimming pool. Activities include fishing, canoeing, boating or windsurfing on the lagoon, walking, culture and nature trails, horse riding, and tennis or golf on the nearby 11-hole golf course.
Organised braais, buffets, scrumptious pub lunches, and renowned Saturday evening seafood feasts are regular features here. There is a full size snooker table, dartboard and dance floor. A television lounge rounds off the recreational facilities. A non-denominational Gospel services is held on most Sunday mornings. A nearby private airstrip offers easy access. East London is only one and a half hours away by road over the Kei River Pontoon.
