Surettaís B&B

Suretta’s is located directly on the main road (N1) and a very popular stopover for travellers.  It is close to town, golf courses, the Karoo National Park and a few restaurants.  Entering the town from Johannesburg’s side, Suretta’s is the first B&B after the traffic circle on the left.

Suretta’s has three comfortably decorated bedrooms with a total of nine comfortable beds.

Dining:

There is a small bistro in the garden where guests can enjoy delicious Karoo lamb dishes.  Suretta’s menu is exotic and very different, ranging from Arabian chicken with couscous, Moroccan lamb and dates to tender, tasty German beef olives. Ghanian chicken stew is also popular served with lemon and peanut rice. An all time favourite is slow cooked Karoo lamb cooked in Balsamic vinegar, red wine and rosemary served with heaps of Spätzle and red cabbage.

Breakfast is also served in the bistro.  Bacon, eggs and tomato, soft toast and home-made jams are always popular. For those who are tired of bacon and eggs they also serve a breakfast with mueslis etc, fresh fruit salads (seasonal),  toast with home-made jams, cheeses and yoghurts. Tea and coffee, as much as you want! ‘Moerkoffie‘ (filtered coffee) is available from the kitchen at all times and you are very welcome to help yourself.
