Marion and Zwingli have created a charming home in a peaceful setting with a beautiful garden for discerning guests who are looking for luxurious self-catering or bed and breakfast accommodation in a ‘home away from home’ haven.
Honeymooners and those seeking something special will find delight in the exclusivity that the suites offer. Haus Holzapfel offers two sunny suites which are tastefully decorated and furnished. Every suite has its own entrance, a small lounge area, DSTV, wireless internet, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, plug adapters and a fully equipped kitchenette with crockery, cutlery, glassware, a fridge, microwave, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.
The bathrooms are modern in style with a toilet, basin and shower with slate tile finishes. Towels and toiletries are provided. Every suite can accommodate between 2-4 guests. One of the suites has two German single beds and a sleeper couch. The other suit has a German king size bed and a spacious sleeper couch. Guests sleep on 100% cotton bed linen, as well as anti-allergic duvets and pillows. The newly opened double en-suite room has an extra length double bed and accommodates two adults.
The patio leads you out into the beautiful garden and to the saltwater swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a self-served Continental breakfast or magnificent sundowners in the privacy of your own patio whilst listening to the birds and revel in the peace and tranquillity that the surroundings offer. From here the Swartberg can be seen on the horizon.
For families of up to seven people they offer a newly built Karopa self-catering house with three luxury bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen has granite tops and there is a dining room with a big plasma television with DSTV, wi-fi, braai (barbeque) and secure parking.
Donkey cart rides can be organised on request.
