The Institute of Christian Leadership is owned by the Catholic Church. It started as a training facility for people in development and pastoral work.
In order to become self-sustainable it opened its doors to other people who could make use of our facilities. Following this decision ICL has become the leading conference centre in Mpika. The conference facilities available include accommodation in double self-contained rooms, as well as twin rooms and a restaurant. The internet and power point presentation facilities are also available making conference presentation smart.
