Paradise Rest Camp has 12 excellent campsites with braai (barbeque) areas, watertabs and lights. Theire are two ablution blocks for both men and women and the showers have hot water. They also have luxury tents – fully equipped with everything visitors would need (beds, bedding, towels and cupboards).
They also have a fully licensed bar and restaurant while Fridays are reserved for pizzas cooked in wood-fired ovens. They also have a swimming pool on the premises. From the lapa there is a spectacular view over the waterpan where animals come to drink water. There is a walking trail for bird- and game-watching. So of the animals that can be seen include giraffe, monkeys, blue wildebeest, black wildebeest, red hartebeest, waterbuck, springbok, koedoe, eland, wardhog and many more. Game drives to the Boabab tree of over 2500 years old can be arranged.
