Sonnett Olls Art Gallery exhibits all arts and crafts from Middelburg and the surrounding areas. The production of unique Middelburg clay pots are also in the making and will be on display soon. Community arts and crafts projects are showcased in the gallery as well.
Sonnet specializes in giving art workshops the whole year round and the gallery is also home to the ‘Karoo Heartland Art Festival’ held annually.
Sonnet says the local talent in Middelburg is the driving force behind the gallery, which provides a great get-together place of all arts and interested parties.
Sonnet is also developing a botanical garden with plants indigenous to Middelburg and surrounds with the aid of Grootfontein Agricultural College. You will receive a warm-hearted welcome at Sonnet’s Art Gallery.
