Tsitsikamma Backpackers offers a unique eco-friendly tranquil environment situated in Storms River village. This four stars and Greenline accredited hostel is surrounded by the magnificent Tsitsikamma forest and mountains. Easily accessible just off the N2 highway, a mere 65km from Plettenberg Bay and 110km from Jeffrey’s Bay, on the Baz Bus route.
This pristine Backpacker Lodge offers luxury double en-suite, double, tented garden units and dorm accommodation in a magnificent one acre garden setting with rolling lawns and unsurpassed views of the mountains. We cater for the discerning traveller who wishes to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting. Daily breakfast and dinner is served and we have vegetarian friendly options. Our bar and entertainment area is the perfect place to sit back and relax after an adventure filled day!
We offer in house free star gazing, as well as guided hikes. Situated close to numerous nearby activities such as the Tsitsikamma Canopy Tours, Tsitsikamma Eezi Bikes, Black water tubing, horse riding, Tsitsikamma National Park and the famous Bloukrans bungy jump. Come join us for adventurous days and relaxed and fun-filled nights.
Luxury self-catering house:

Meals are available daily. Please reserve before 15:00. Two fully equipped areas are available to clients who wish to self cater. We do cater for vegetarians. Prices are subject to change.

We are fully licensed. so please refrain from bringing your own alcohol.

- Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival;
- Full pre payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellations:
Peak Season (5 December – 10 January).
- Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations;
- 50% of the fee is refunded if the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival;
- No refund if the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
General information:

- 25% of the fee is charged if the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival;
- 50% of the fee is charged if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival;
