Iza Crafts is a dream come true for Thembeka Metele, who has grown her business from a small home-based operation with one seamstress, to a thriving business that keeps seven full-time staff busy. At the hart of her business is the desire to empower her staff by involving them in every step of the business.
Primarily designing and creating corporate items like conference bags, traditional Xhosa pipes and beaded pins they also make beaded fashion items like skirts, waistcoats, shawls and handbags and a variety of smaller items.
