The nursery is part of the Endangered Wildlife Trust Ripanan Habitat Rehabilitation Project. This is a non-profit organisation.
Typical shrubs that grow along the rivers in the Karoo are propagated and displayed at the nursery. A Bossie Trail has also been established on the premises.
