Situated 49.9km from Kalabo, Katoyona Campsite, in Liuwa Plain National Park, is neatly tucked into the edge of Katoyana woodland in the vast Nundu grass plain; encircled with scanty distant wooded areas.
This campsite is owned and managed by the local communities in partnership with African Parks and provides two cold water showers, two flush toilets with septic tanks and one washbasin area.
The campsite has specialized products that include crafts, dances and musical performances, traditional fishing, boat trips and safari walks with a wildlife scout. These need to be arranged prior to your arrival in your park.
