Melton Wold Guest Farm

Melton Wold is a working sheep farm and offers a complete holiday venue away from the rush of the big city life.

A campsite and caravan park with ablution and electricity are also available.

There is a large games room which is complimented by lush green lawns and gardens.  They also have a tennis court, bowling green and trampoline.  The rustic swimming pool offers solitude during those hot Karoo days and there is a ‘machie’ golf course that will keep the whole family entertained.  For those more actively inclines there are walks and mountain bike rides in the quiet, crystal clean air of the sunny Karoo.  Mountain bikes can be hired at reasonable prices.

Nearby Victoria West boasts a game reserve, an interesting museum and old Karoo houses that give a vignette of life in earlier days.  With Melton Wold as a base, the famous Namaqualand flowers and interest points of the Diamond route can be visited.
