This museum consists of three halls:
- The BJ Kempen Hall (Fossil Hall) covering the pre- and natural history of the Karoo. They focus primarily on fish and other fossils found in the district;
- A Natural History Hall illustrating plants and animals in the Karoo; and
- The Cultural History Hall showcasing the history of Victoria West, its people and environment.
Visiting hours:
- Weekdays: 07:45-13:00 and 14:00-16:45;
- Closed on weekends and public holidays.
